Domotics system requires an electrical wiring configuration that is different to that normally installed. It is preferable that your project is either a new-build property or one that involves major renovation and re-wiring.

Domotics installations should be conducted by qualified electrical contractors with at least Wiring Regulations Part P and 17^th Edition certification.
